Order, Return & Refund Information

ORDERING INFORMATION:

You can use the "Add to Cart" Button and pay with your credit card through PayPal's secure site (affiliate of eBay) or use the order form to order.   If you would like to phone in your order, please call 405-495-1800 Wed-Thur-Fri  10 to 5 or Sat 10 to 2.  All information is kept confidential and will only be used to complete your order.   We do not share our customer's information with anyone.

All Custom Designs take between 6 and 8 weeks to complete.  We require a 50% deposit on Custom Designs. 

You may use gold or stones that you may already have, this will help lower the price of any jewelry item made.  We will be happy to provide you with a complete listing of items sent to us and an estimate of charges before any work is done.  If possible, we will include you in the design process by emailing you a photo of your custom job at mid-point in production to make certain that you are in agreement with the design before completion.  Upon completion of your design, we will require payment in full before mailing and will provide you with an appraisal for insurance purposes.

If you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, please do not hesitate to notify us.  Our business is built on customer satisfaction and we will strive to correct any problems.  If a complete remake is necessary, there will be no charges if the mistake is ours, if it is simply a change of mind, there will be a charge to remake the item.  Our time is money,  we will try our best to match your needs before the item leaves the store so you will be a happy customer!

RETURN and REFUND INFORMATION:

All returns must have a pre-authorization before mailing back to us.  You will need to provide us with the original sales invoice and the item must be in original condition.  Limited to 30 days.
